Registering
- Q: Can I use my email address as my User Name –
A: We do not recommend this especially for business users as it could affect any weblinks you wish to use in the future.
Membership Packs
- Q: I want to place multiple adverts over the next three months. How do I buy a membership pack to give me 75% discount on every advert I place –
A: Login and hover over your username, then select Edit Profile. Within your Account Info section there is an icon to purchase a Membership, simply click on this and you can Buy Now. You will be notified when your membership ends and you can renew it, if you wish.
Placing Adverts
- Q: What happens when my advert expires –
A: You will be notified and will have the option to renew it.
- Q: I want to place a advert but notice there is not a suitable category for it –
A: Contact us and we will see if we can create one for you.
- Q: I am having problems uploading pictures for my advert –
A: The maximum size you can upload is 5mb with a maximum of 10 photos for each advert.
- Q: I forgot to select the option for my advert to be Featured when placing my advert –
A: Contact us we will update your advert to Featured and send you a payment link.
- Q: How do I get a coupon code –
A: Coupon codes are only issued occasionally for events such as promotions.
- Q: I want to place an advert but don’t have an image to upload –
A: You can save a copy of any of the images below, depending on the category you are posting in and upload it to your advert.





Contact Field
Individuals –
- Q: If I leave the contact field blank in my advert how will buyers contact me –
A: They will still be able to contact you using the contact form at the side of your live advert. Leaving the contact field blank ensures that those who do not want their contact details displayed can do so, knowing that buyers will still be able to contact you by email.
Businesses –
- Q: I’m a business advertiser and want my contact phone number and details shown on all my adverts –
A: In this case you can fill out all your contact details in the Contact Field when placing an advert.
Contacting Sellers –
- Q: Do I have to register to contact sellers –
A: No you only have to click on the Contact Owner icon on the right side of the advert, which will allow you to email the seller by completing the Contact Form.
Advert changes
- Q: Edit, Delete, Restart and Mark Sold – I cannot see these options in my Dashboard against the list of my adverts –
A: If these options are hidden, as shown in the first screen shot below, simply click on the + sign and it will display the options as shown in the second screen shot below.


My Account
- Q: Do I need to create a Nickname in my Profile –
A: No you don’t need to, but this will allow you to display a Nickname in your adverts other than your User Name.
- Q: I am having problems uploading a Profile Picture –
A: Contact us and we can upload it for you.
Verification
Of Buyers –
- Q: How do I know if a buyer is genuine –
A: Sellers where possible should meet them or if that is not possible do not release your product until you have been paid. You could also ask them for some identification such as proof of address (utility bill) and photo ID (passport or driving license). This site is for advertisers, therefore, any contract is strictly between buyers and sellers. It is, therefore, your responsibility to check for genuineness.
Of Sellers –
- Q: How do I know if a seller is genuine –
A: We don’t provide free advertising, therefore, as users have to pay for their adverts it stops fraudsters to some extent. However, buyers where possible should meet them to view the product or if that is not possible you could ask them for some identification such as proof of address (utility bill) and photo ID (passport or driving license).
